  • RESERVATION APPLICATION (RA) - properly filled-out and signed by the buyer; name of SRs must be correctly spelled

  • POST DATED CHECK (PDC) - Covering the Down payment; payable to Orchard Property Marketing Corporation
  • CONTRACT TO SELL (CTS) - 6 copies, to be signed back to back by the buyer

  • DEED OF RESTRICTIONS (DOR) - Specifies the use of lot, allowable building and architecture, & other limitations. 6 copies, to be signed back to back by the buyer

  • ADDENDUM - Must be completely filled-out

  • COMMUNITY TAX CERTIFICATE (CTC) or PASSPORT - Must be current

  • VALID IDENTIFICATION CARD - Two (2) Government issued IDs with picture

  • Affidavit (Notarized)

  • Waiver of Conjugal Rights (Notarized)
